Canoe & Kayak River Trip with the Alamo City Rivermen of San Antonio on the Llano River near Junction, Texas on Labor Day Weekend.

Tent Camping on the Patio with Canoeing & swimming during the day while consuming numerous beverages with limes for the prevention of scurvy.

DUTCH OVEN SETUP



VEGETABLE MEDLEY



Sauteed Vegetable Medley – Sliced up some vegetables and cooked in a 12 inch x 18 inch Rectangular Dutch Oven. For anyone interested in getting in on this deal bring anyone of the following to be sliced and thrown into the Dutch Oven: Zuchini, Yellow squash, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Pepper, Anaheim, Green Onion or Mushrooms onion (what ever you think you will eat). Other ingredients: Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Seasoning, white wine.

BAKED POTATOES & ONIONS



ON THE GRILL – DAY 1

That looked like a blast with plenty for good food. It nearly rained today, other than that...hot. We did get on the water some in the yaks too. Great weekend.
