Thanks for the turn out at Valley of Fire we had great time, good food, great friendship. We had a couple from St Goerge Utah Gil and wife Willa. Lot of demo's thank you Kelly and Joanne fror showing us so much of your knowledge on the proper way to take care of our irons, starting charcoal, and cleaning up our work area. We stayed 3 night at the camp site Salley got there late and was able to stay in our site and get a site the next day, then Gil and Willa was able to share the site with Salley and Ellen and we shared our dishes with each other the last night it was all a great weekend. Will post some pic's soon

We sure had a good time didn't we?? Thumbs Up Anyone want some GREAT smoked brisket, just ask Bobby to smoke one up for you. It was amazing! We did a combo gathering with Bobby's smoker going with brisket and ribs, and the rest of us making the side dishes in our black pots.

Sure was some good food & good folks!

Joanne
