Hi All!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a recipe for a yeast risen cinnamon roll, that could be prepped the night before (perhaps in a cake pan) then transferred to the DO Christmas am for breakfast ?
The main things are that it is (1)homemade(no crescent rolls in a tube), (2) make and prep ahead of time, so Christmas am is relaxing and (3) the stickier, 'gooeyer' the better. The DO aspect would be a given.

Thanks in advance! Chistmas Smilie

Paul, thanks for the 'remembering' on that post. Could it be prepped and refrigerated, say 18 hrs in advance of cooking?
That is what I'm really after.

I think it would work... have it in a pan already rolled & twisted in the cinnamon & sugar and put it in the fridge the day before. Take it out & place it in your DO a couple of hours before baking to let it rise. I'd use parchment paper to make it a bit easier.
