Hi All!
Does anyone have any suggestions for a recipe for a yeast risen cinnamon roll, that could be prepped the night before (perhaps in a cake pan) then transferred to the DO Christmas am for breakfast ?
The main things are that it is (1)homemade(no crescent rolls in a tube), (2) make and prep ahead of time, so Christmas am is relaxing and (3) the stickier, 'gooeyer' the better. The DO aspect would be a given.
Thanks in advance! |

Paul, thanks for the 'remembering' on that post. Could it be prepped and refrigerated, say 18 hrs in advance of cooking?
That is what I'm really after. |

I think it would work... have it in a pan already rolled & twisted in the cinnamon & sugar and put it in the fridge the day before. Take it out & place it in your DO a couple of hours before baking to let it rise. I'd use parchment paper to make it a bit easier. _________________ If more people valued food and cheer and song above money, it would be a better world! |
