Two great cooking options! I'm with SeabeeCook about the washtub. What a great idea and one that I have never seen before. Nice!

Digging through this old thread has given me a few ideas. Right now, I have a couple of these:
https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/behrens-utility-pan-3-gal-capacity?cm_vc=-10005

that I use on top of one of these (on the wire mesh side):
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lifetime-4-Fold-In-Half-Cooking-Table/49408130

This setup works well for my 10" and 12" ovens and it fairly portable. The only problem is that I can barely fit two of those utility pans on the wire mesh half of the table, so I'm kind of limited to two ovens. I have two solutions in mind:

1. Buy another of those tables, bisect them and assemble the wire mesh halves into one whole wire mesh table (which would easily fit three pans/ovens; probably the most I'd need for our small group camping trips). The solid halves could be assembled together to make a prep table.

2. Build a "rack" type table that would provide a frame to support the utility pans. Something like this, but maybe 2 or 3 linked together inside a rectangular frame with folding legs.

I have the same table. I found some round pans in the pet section of Wally World. Holds a 12" oven with no problems. I can fit four pans on wire sectiion of table.
