Reaching out for some suggestions... I picked up a sweet vintage 20 cup aluminum percolator coffee pot at a garage sale. It almost looks unused and has everything but the lid to the basket.

Any ideas on finding a replacement lid or a DIY solution?

Google the brand if you know it, or just search for a cover.

Ps. Post a picture with size, someone may spot one.

Search perculator parts on ebay.

I did an ebay search at first but didn't find any matches. I packed the percolator away for the winter in storage but I will keep trying to find a match. Thanks.

I use a Wagner #6 skillet every morning when I cook breakfast. At one point, I decided that this little 8" skillet needed a lid, so I went searching for one in the local thrift stores. I found the exact perfect lid for it at St. Vincents - it's a Cuisinart lid, but it fits the skillet like it was made for it.

My point is, don't overlook thrift stores, as they are valuable sources of older items.
