Watched this interesting segment on Kent Rollins....Cowboy cook, author, teacher.

Thanks for the post. Kent seems to be one awesome fella. I subscribe to his blog. He doesn't write on it very often, but when he does, it's always a great read.

GREAT "short" of Kent there. Had to pleasure of meeting him years ago and eating one of his meals down at Round Rock Texas.

The Missus has expressed an interest (bucket-list style) in the type of cooking class he offers and of course there are others.

Has anyone attended anything like that?
