Looks good DHass, I'm going to try it. I really like mustard sauces. I make one I saw on one of Bobby Flay's shows called Sunshine Sauce.
PhulesAu, I always make a mustard sauce along with a traditional Sweet BBQ sauce and a White Alabama BBQ sauce when I serve grilled chicken or pulled pork. But all the things you mention would taste great with it, dipping and especially the ham glaze.

When my son was in Fort Benning for basic and Rangers back in the 2003-2008 timeframes, I visited and he took me over to a BBQ place across the river in Alabama called Fort Mitchell. Wow, never had mustard based sauce before. This recipe is as close as I can get to their mustard sauce. May not be exact but close enough for me. Enjoy.
