My son had a great mini season this year, and brought back a lot of fresh Florida Lobsters.
He came over last night, bringing more lobsters and some venison back strap from the opening day of bow season.
I cut the venison into medallions, and wrapped them in thick cut country bacon. Cooked the lobsters inside, but grilled the venison on my open fire cooking pit in the back yard.
Served with green salad, steamed broccoli and whipped garlic sweet potatoes from my son's garden.
