Here are some links to the Dutch Oven episode that Alton Brown did on his Good Eats TV program:

Three summary points of what this episode on DO's will show in Alton Brown's communicative way:
1) See dramatized and explanations of DO history beginnings and how carbon is used and applied to
make the non stick form on your dutch oven while showing a seasoning method.

Believe it or not - I'm just finding this post from January....and thanks Steve - the recipes look good. (There is always something new to be found on this website!!)

While I was looking at the recipes - it appears too that this episode will re-air on September 21st at 11 AM. I'll be there!! Thumbs Up
