Oh yeah, Paddlefoot, I'd like to point you to this post that Paul did. It seems ever so appropriate given the photo you posted. Thumbs Up

We need to all get together for a pig roast. You get a couple pigs like that one, Paul sets up his Cuban Q, we burn up a bunch of Mesquite wood to coals, and we all have a BBQ to remember. I wonder if we could throw a brisket or two in with the pigs? Thinking I'm sure Steelheader will do up a bunch of his goodies too! I'll volunteer to do breakfast the next morning (when no one is hungry) Laughing Laughing .

GREAT POST, Paul! Thumbs Up I'd like to do a pig roast like that someday.

Normally when I shoot a small pig like this one, I'll just take the shoulders and hams for bbq. If it's a little bit larger pig than the one I shot, I'll go ahead and take the backstraps also. There isn't much meat on the rest of it and it's hard to justify cleaning the whole pig for that little bit of meat.

Frankly though, we have so many of these pigs tearing up our ranches and farms here that we do a lot of "extermination" hunts. We NEVER let a pig that we see walk off. Sometimes we eat them, sometimes we don't. Safely cleaning a pig in the heat of the summer is a huge challenge.

How many tamiflu vouchers has the British Pandemic line given out since it opened? I know it had 9 million hits per hour, but more interested in the actual vouchers given out. Thanks.
