Does anyone make their own brown sugar? I don't know where to bring
this up so I'll try here.
I don't know the exact process, but my understanding is that brown sugar
is a mix of granulated sugar and molasses. I was going thru a crafts fair
2 months ago and came across a booth selling (almost) local honey. Suddenly I wondered why not use honey instead of molasses. I asked the
woman about it as I bought a jar and she looked at me like,"What language are you speaking?".
So my question(in english) is , what about using honey instead?
